Parent Input Form

Parents of students who will be attending ELE next year are invited to complete a Class Placement Parent Input form. Input submitted by parents via the form is used (along with current teacher feedback and student progress data) to create classes for the new school year. The 24-25 school year forms are linked below and will be available on the ELE webpage through June 12, 2024. Please complete the form for the grade level that your student will be entering in August 2024.
